Bilateral breast reconstruction

Hoping someone can give me some relief or anyone that has gone through something similar. I was diagnosed with triple neg breast cancer is 2013 finished chemo radiation and had a mastectomy on my rt breast. Last year March 2016 I had my left breast mastectomy along with bilateral reconstruction everything had been ok up until a couple weeks ago. I felt a small painful moveable lump on my rt breast. I had an u/s guided biopsy last week & my results came back clear. My Oncologist is now sending me for an MRI. I've noticed some breast dimpling lately typically when I want to pick up something from from the floor or stretch my arms I don't know if it's just due to my implants. Is this normal I'd appreciate any feedback, thank you!
