Architectural distortion one breast and dense area on

I have had mammograms every 2 years for 4 years and have had my first recall. Waiting for further testing. My own doctor says they found architectural distortion in the left breast and a dense area in the right breast. I am scared as I am guessing they compared to the last mammograms and now there are changes. Are my risks increased as I have two different reasons for recall?
