Chemo?

I was scheduled for a bilateral prophylactic masectomy in September (BRCA 1+) and since I hadn't had any recent screening - I have been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for the last 4 years, in fact I weaned my daughter early (she's 10 months) because I was hoping to have the surgery before I turned 40 (birthday in October). I had a screening ultrasound a month before the surgery where they found a small area (5mm) of ICD/DCIS, biopsy put it as Grade 2. So I had my masectomy last week and I'm meeting with the surgeon in 3 weeks to discuss the pathology but I'm not sure if this is it or should I expect more treatment? Do they typically give chemotherapy and/or radiation after a masectomy for a stage 1 cancer, which I'm hoping I am as ultrasound of the lymph nodes looked clear. I'm not sure if it matters but both the invasive and in-situ components are apocrine types.

If anybody has any comments or suggestions I'd appreciate it.
