I have dense breasts (C on the density scale), plus ATM, PALB2 and a VUS of PTEN, and strong family history of BC. I had my yearly MRI in July and it was fine, category BIRADS 3 because of a tiny nodule on the right breast they are watching, but the radiologist spoke with me and said it definitely looked smaller compared to my last MRI, so she was really confident that all was ok. It's only two months later and I'm having breast pain and some lumpiness under my nipple. I'm trying not to freak out, and I'm thinking since I had the MRI so recently it's probably nothing terrible? I'm going tomorrow morning for an ultrasound.
