Live many years with BC on meds...???

I have read a couple of times in some threads that people can live many years WITH breast cancer on meds. I'm guessing if you are triple Negative that this isn't the case? Is that part of the reason prognosis isn't as good as if you had one of those receptors as positive? I'm new, so I don't have all of my information to post below in a signature I will do this soon as I get more information.
