Smoking aka Vaping

Long story short. Been through 6 months of hellish chemo and am scheduled for surgery (bi lateral with lymph node removal) next week. I was a long term smoker and quit via a vape. I'm down to 3 mgs at this point and just ready to get rid of it completely. I've kinda lied to my docs cause from what I used to smoke, this is just cake. Anyone been in my shoes? Do we think that this will completely screw up recovery. About to go down to 0 mgs, but I'm just kinda worried...
