Final implant disappointment

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone has had this experience, I had to have my tissue expander pulled due to infection back in Jan. It was replaced but I had some major scar tissue on lateral breast, this caused my nipple to be very off-center, and pull towards arm pit. PS reassured me he could, stretch scar tissue out during fills, clean up scare tissue, smooth it out and fix nipple position during final implant exchange. Well I just had my final gel implant exchange surgery today, my nipple is in the exact same off centered position! So upset and confused! Won't see PS for a few days, going out of town until Monday just would like some input from any one who may have had this or similiar problem. I'm so disappointed as this probably means a 5th procedure. I thought I was finally done being cut! 😢😢

don't panic I cried the first two weeks after my implant swap. I don't have experience with nipple sparing but let things heal and be patient with yourself. It gets better
