Leslie Sansone DVDs at home. I have a lot of knee and ankle problems, so that's about my speed, even at my young age. It's a lot quicker than going to the gym anyway!

Go to "Let's post our daily exercise" thread. These ladies are doing all kinds of exercising and it is inspiring, even though I am slacking a little now due to major life changes.

Hi, I started out with yoga and walks. Now, I line dance, step, salsa, do ballet stretches and I just started Jillian Michaels " six pack abs in six weeks" dvd. Exercising really has helped my mental, emotional and I'm starting to get my figure back. Yay!

I was a walker before BC, and I added Zumba as soon as my MO and PT permitted it. I started with a lot of physical restrictions, but two years later, I do 4-7 Zumba classes a week with some modifications but no major restrictions.

I exercised almost daily prior to my BC diagnosis in January. Cardio/weights/resistance/core. I've had to modify my workouts throughout my chemo/radiation/surgeries but still try to fit something in every day. Keeps me sane. Gets a little frustrating not being able to do what I could prior to my diagnosis but I have to be patient that I will return to "normal" soon and be back to my regular routine. Currently half way through radiation with reconstruction surgery after that.
