Waiting on biopsy results for possible IBC

I had a punch biopsy done one week ago. Anxiously waiting for the results. I've had a rash on my L breast for 6 weeks. Rash seems to fade some days and then is right back at it others... like this morning. Mammo and U/S clear. It took a lot of me melting down for me to get this biopsy. Two primary care docs and my old derm said it's nothing. All I think about is God forbid being taken from my daughter. I know you can't miss some one in death, but the pain she would have from missing me at 8 years old is too much to bare. I also have psoriatic arthritis. I'm usually on Remicade (biologic) to keep my joints and inflammation down. I go for this every 8 week so. I've been 10 weeks with no meds. My L shoulder/arm/upper back have been so sore on and off. (Same side as rash)Praying it's from my lacks of me and not a positive IBC diagnosis.
