Pulmonary embolism

I have just completed carboplatin number 4 and taxol number 10. I had been short of breath for two days and after talking to my doctor, had a CT of my chest to rule out PE. Received a call from the doctor an hour after completing the test and I have three blood clots in one lung. Went back to hospital to get a lovenox injection and got a prescription. Question I forgot to ask is if this will delay or cancel my remaining two Taxol? Anyone else with similar issue?
