BRCA1 mutation and just diagnosed

I was recently diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma (grade II) with apocrine features, and ductal carcinoma in situ, apocrine type, intermediate to high nuclear grade with probable comedo necrosis in my right breast. I'm scheduled for a bilateral masectomy in 2 weeks which will give us more information, but is there any chance I'll need chemo (at this point it doesn't seem like the lymph nodes are affected) and will my BRCA mutation effect my treatment? Any suggestions or thoughts about the situation would be appreciated.
