Waiting for test results

Hi sorry to pop in but Im almost in the same position. I went For tests and had an examination in which the doctor said it's was a none movable 5cm mass/lump, had an ultrasound, mammogram and a core biopsy all with a 2hour appointment. It was only a week ago and have my appointment for the results on Thursday but the waiting is driving me mad. I don't know how to feel apart from very stressed.

    hi - I'm new here. I went Aug 15th for a screening mammogram. My last 2 were normal. Found out last week after a very long wait that results were abnormal. Today I went for a diagnostic mammogram of my left breast only. I received no info or results. How long does it normally take to get results from a diagnostic mammogram? I have an appt with my family doctor on Friday - is it likely she will have the results? I am in NB. Also is it positive that a us was not done? I am freaking out with all the waiting! Th

    I am waiting for my results from a diagnostic mammogram and Ultrasound taken last Wed. I called today but it's my Drs day off. The waiting is causing so much anxiety. How are you doing
