Radiation pain getting worse with time?

it has been 4 years since I completed radiation. I would think the pain and pressure would be better by now, but it's not. What kind of a doctor would I go to? A plastic surgeon? The tenderness in the area is unbearable. I can't even wear a bra. I have a lot of chest discomfort. My doctor has even ordered me gallbladder and Cardiology test. I know in my gut that it's all from this radiation and implant. Has anyone had pain this many years later still? And if so what did you do or who did you go to?
