Worried about cancer from tanning

Despite my better judgment and my family history of breast cancer, I went tanning a lot when I was a teenager. I know that tanning gives you an increased risk of skin cancer, but does it also increase the risk of getting breast cancer and other types of cancer?

I've learned my lesson that I shouldn't use tanning beds anymore, but some sources such say that airbrush tanning and spray tanning are safer. I'm not sure if there are any associated cancer risks with those types of tanning. Are there any risks whatsoever with airbrush or spray tanning? Thank you in advance for your responses.

I am unaware of any link between exposure to the sun and breast cancer (exclusive of the skin).

I feel like I can rest easy now, and at least I can still look tan with airbrush tanning or spray tanning.
