PR+/ER+ and hormonal imbalance...what to do?

I'm 37 years old. I had a DCIS in 2013. I opted for a double mastectomy as my form of treatment. I'm curious if anyone that is PR/ER+ was able to undergo hormone replacement therapy whether it be to treat menopausal issues or just an imbalance? I know it's exactly the opposite of what someone like me needs, but i'm starting to show symptoms of PCOS and i feel my hormones might be off. I have my annual appt in a little over a month but was just curious as to what others have experienced. I'm wondering what people that are PR/ER+ do? Do we just suffer?
