Underarm lump next to left breast

i am currently waiting for the results of my ultrasound. And it's driving me insane. I foun a lump under my arm near my left breast about 3 months ago. I dismissed it as a pulled muscle as i was working with weights. But it started to bother me. And now after going to the doctor to get it checked out it's been a bit painful. It hurts to lay on the side where it is
My mom was diagnosed about 3 weeks ago and i have high history from mom's side of breast cancer before 50
Trying my best not to worry

they are testing my mom but I'm so scared to get tested.
I have a scheduled mammogram tmrw. Doctor said he felt a lump the size of a pea and was concerned because of my strong family history😟
