After Radiation - 3 years later - can you do Implants after mx

Hi -everyone.  unfortunately I am back....its been 3 years.

dx with DCIS again, other side this time.

I had pretty good results with my rads.  Skin today looks about the same as other breast that now has DCIS.   I don't detect any hardening or skin that won't stretch. It looks fine.

Question is - if I were to do a bilateral mx can they do implants  after RADs on the one side  ?
