Well, it's official. I failed on TDM-1. Not only did it make me sick as a dog (even right at this moment, I have a fever) but the disease progressed in both my bones and my skin mets and is recurring on old sites. The doctor is talking about a clinical trial. I am frightened. I feel like this stuff is starting to get real.

I'm hormone positive and HER+. What would you want your doctor to put you on? What trial would you hope for?

And, where would you go for a second opinion?
