can you go from Birads 3 to Birads 2 on MRI?

Hello,

I had my first breast MRI a year ago, and there was a nodule found that was classified as BIrads 3, I just got the MRI report from my breast MRI that was performed yesterday, and there is no mention of the nodule and the MRI is classified in general as BIRADS2. (They also got my age wrong). Not to be bitchy, but the technician performing this test yesterday seemed pre-occupied and in a hurry, which I didn't appreciate. It's not an easy test for me and I appreciate at least an attempt at decent bed-side manner. Has anyone ever had a nodule seemingly disappear?

Here's what the MRI from last year says:

IMPRESSION:
1. 6 mm enhancing focus in the anterior upper outer right breast, felt to correspond to a probably benign hypoechoic nodule noted on prior ultrasound studies.
2. No suspicious findings elsewhere in either breast.

ASSESSMENT: BI-RADS 3 (Probably benign findings). The imaging findings have a high probability of being benign.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
The patient is due for annual bilateral mammography in July or August, 2016. This should be done on a diagnostic basis, utilizing tomosynthesis technique, with repeat diagnostic right breast ultrasound to allow meaningful comparison of the probably
benign finding in the right breast as well as probably benign bilateral breast calcifications noted on the prior diagnostic mammogram.
1. Annual bilateral screening breast MRI.

The MRI from yesterday makes NO mention of this at all. Should I ask for an ultrasound? I am not happy that something might have been missed somehow.
