Starting chemo August 29th looking for support and tips

Hello everyone, my treatment starts this week and I'm trying very hard to stay out of fight or flight mode. I've stayed as busy as possible with cleaning, meal prep and anything else that is a distraction. If anyone can give any advice or tips on my specific treatment please all is welcome.
