Just got my 3D nipple tattoos
Ok, now the long story. I had a BMX in April of 2016, with no reconstruction. Even though I have never gotten a tattoo before I thought I'd probably get something flowery to cover up my scars. Well, then I could never come up with a design that excited me so I just forgot about it. Then this last Feb I got the rub-on nipples as a lark for my DH for Valentine's Day. It was fun and we both really liked them. After using them several times I decided I wanted to make it permanent. I toyed with the idea of visiting Vinnie but it was a long way to travel which made it expensive for me. When I mentioned it to my surgeon's nurse practitioner she told me there was a guy right here in Seattle who does amazing work. Wow! I checked out Eric's website - Eric Eye tattoo, liked what I saw and contacted him right away.
Everything has been super easy, from emailing Eric, talking on the phone and making my appt. He had me come in early before the shop opened so it would be quieter and I'd be more comfortable. The shop was clean, nice music playing, no rowdy behavior. Eric spent about an hour with me planning design and colors and then an hour tattooing me. Since I'm pretty numb I didn't feel much of anything - a couple zingers but pretty easy to ignore. Even though the tattoos are still healing they already look amazing and Eric mentioned several times I can come back for free for a year if I need anything touched up.
I would highly recommend getting 3D tattoos to anyone who misses that part of their anatomy and I'm very happy I chose Eric Eye to do mine. For the first time in 16 months I like looking in the mirror.
Feel free to PM me if you need any more info

Yeah, Freya, we kind of have a warped sense of humor here at our house. My husband always thought females should have breasts on the back so when you slow danced he'd have something to hang on to. When I got my first prosthetics I put the bra on backwards. There you go honey, your dream come true!
Siciliana, I pm'd you.
Dianarose, glad you found someone local too. There must be lots of artists out there that can do the 3d, we just need a better way of finding them.

Lucky, I think we all need a warped sense of humour to get through all of this.
