HELP PEOPLE PLS

My mother had an MRI recently and the result showed a development of a 4 mm lesion with irregular margins within 5 months . Her Ultrasound result stated a likelihood of benign breast tumor.

I don't know how to find a good reliable physician to do biopsy, and further procedures if there is any need. Please recommend me a physician.

I highly appreciate your help and any further advise you can give me. I am devastated and trying to keep myself together. She is an ovarian cancer, and thyroid cancer survivor with family history of all kinds of cancer.

Sorry to hear about your mom's health issues.. I don't have specific names for you, but maybe call UCLA or City of Hope? If they can't help you they can refer you in a good direction. Maybe someone else will come along with more info.

I would recommend the Cedar Sinai Breast Center - I recently went there for a second opinion on a benign breast lesion, and received excellent care. I called and asked for an appointment with a breast surgeon, and the surgeon guided me through the initial testing (she read my imaging and ordered a core biopsy) to surgery.
