So at the end of July I had my yearly. I explained to the Dr about some bloody discharge I was having in my left breast. He sent me for an ultrasound which lead to a mammogram and being scheduled for an MRI. When I went in for the MRI results the radiologist showed me images that he was concerned about in the upper left side where the contrast absorbed. In his own words it was to big of an area to ignore and he could not tell where exactly it starts or ends and scheduled a mammogram guided biopsy. When I went in for the biopsy he informed me that the area is to high and close to the chest wall so he was going to try for some calcification behind the nipple area and if that came back b9 he would biopsy the lymph nodes in my left armpit. I'm scheduled to have the lymph nodes biopsied tomorrow sense everything was b9 with the first biopsy. I'm honestly starting to worry if this has all been guess work and if I should request to see a specialist. BC was the farthest thing from my mind when this all started and now i just dont know what to think. Any suggestions or similar experiences?
