November 8, 2016 Breast cancer identified, Right breast
November 18, 2016 Breast Conserving Surgery (Lumpectomy)
November 19/21, 2016 Stage II B, T2N1MX, Grade 2, ER+HER-
November 23, 2016 Met Medical Oncologist in Thailand, he stated 4 cycles of Chemo is adequate, 6 cycles not a significant improvement in survival/recurrence rate. Recommended Tamoxifen-OFS for hormone therapy. Tomotherapy for 5 weeks.
November 24, 2016 Met with Medical Oncologist in Philippines, she recommended 6 cycles.
December 15, 2016 Started Chemo Doxorubicin (Adrimycin) 100MG/50ML and Docetaxel 100MG/2.5ML (AT).
January 5, 2017 2nd Cycle
January 26, 2017 3rd Cycle
February 16, 2017 4th Cycle
After 4th cycle Jay Anne said no more, the intensity of side effects to great.
March 7, 2017 Tomotherapy started.
March 20, 2017 Tamoxifen 20mg/daily
April 18, 2017 Pap smear: Normal, Transvaginal Ultrasound.
April 22, 2017 Tomotherapy completed, 30 radiations with the final 5 concentrated on the tumor area.
May 8, 2017 Husband met with MO in Thailand. He stated 6 cycles is better reassurance but 4 cycles are adequate based on recent studies of 2016.
May 18, 2017 Hot Flashes daily times 4
May 20, 2017 Change brand of Tamoxifen to Nolvadex D. Cut tablets in half, AM and PM oral. Side effects decrease considerably.
May 30, 2017 Blood test and met with Radiologist.
July 20, 2017 Transvaginal ultra sound. Met with OB/GYN, recommended D&C based on the thickening of the uterus lining, 1.43 CM.
July 28, 2017 Follow-up with Bumrungrad Surgeon. Digital Mammogram and Ultrasound, no new signs of cancer.
August 1, 2017 Follow-up with Oncologist. Medical Clearance for D&C.
August 3, 2017 D&C procedure completed, polyps were found and sent to Pathologist.
August 8, 2017 Pathologist report nonmalignant, benign.
August 19, 2017 Menstruation resumed with a fury and severe back aches after 9 months without.
August 23, 2017 Menstruation complete, now I hope I am on to a normal life.
August 30, 2017 Polyps benigned.
Follow up scheduled so far:
Tamoxifen for 5 years.
Digital mammogram and ultrasound every 6 months for 5 years, then yearly.
Once a month for 3 months with radiologist for 6 months. Next appointment September
Once every 3 months with Oncologist for one year then once every 6 months to the five year point.
