neoadjuvant chemo causes spread of breast cancer

I'm doing neoadjuvant. It's done standard for my type of cancer at the place I am at. I was given a choice after I questioned it and my MO was happy to do whatever I wanted to do so I wasn't pressured in to anything.

I chose to do what was standard for a few reasons, and my tumor is responding to it, but in hind sight I think it would have been less stress for me personally to have had adjuvant chemotherapy. My cancer is either stage 2 and localized or stage 4 micromets.
