Looking for Tamoxifen studies on premenopausal women

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for any help you can provide. I was wondering if anyone could share any studies about how Tamoxifen benefits premenopausal women. Most of the studies I have found so far have been on postmenopausal women.

My story in a nutshell I'm 33 years old had a mastectomy in June 2017 on my right breast to remove a 3lb and 17cm borderline phyllodes tumor with malignant features. My Path also showed I have ADH as well. My oncologist is strongly encouraging me to take Tamoxifen to prevent/reduce future cancer issues from arising due to what my path report showed but also because of my strong family history of Breast Cancer.

Any information you can provide would be very helpful in helping me make this very important life changing decision.
