Has anyone had BIRAD 0 and go on to have more testing and it come back as BC?

lilt1841, don't let the BIRAD 0 scare you. It just means more imaging is needed, the radiologist needs a better look. I've had Birad 0 and ended up with completely benign findings.

BIRADS 0 just means imaging not complete. There will be lots of women who've gone on to have b9 results as well as lots who've gotten bc diagnosis. How many respond one way or the other really won't provide you with any clues about your own situation. What does your imaging report say?

I had a Bi rads 0 result with my first mammogram in 2011. I did additional imaging and they reported all was fine/normal at that time and I trusted their word.

Long story short, they have been "watching" a spot since then and now I sit at a bi rads 4b. Biopsy is tomorrow. It is not even in any of my historical reports that they were watching any area of concern but it's been there since 2011.

My advice would be to speak with the radiologist reading your additional images and get the report.

I didn't ask questions back then and I am kicking myself now.
