Starting chemo combo TH for Her2+ stage 1 grade 3

I was diagnosed with bc stage 1 grade 3 no nodes involved, 6 mm.  Did double mastectomy .  Now I am confused if I should do the chemo TCH or just TH.  Doctor says do TH.  Any others out there doing just TH for 12 weeks then Herceptin for an additional 9 months???  Want to make the right treatment choice!

    Hi!

    You have a tiny tumor. In general, I would think TH would be enough. But, TCH might be a consideration if 1) you're a young breast cancer patient, and 2) you were ER-/PR- (ER-/PR-/HER2+ can be more aggressive than ER+/PR+/HER2+). To discuss this issue further, please join us on the Triple Positive Board! I didn't do TCH, but plenty of members of the Triple Positive Board have. I did do TH, though, after I finished AC.
