Help deciphering pathology report

I have been scrutinizing my pathology report to make sure I understand it. I thought my surgeon said I had clean margins. However, there is a line in my report that says:

"Two invasive cancers extend to the medial resection border. Other invasive lesions are within 1cm to medial margin". It is later also described as two lesions extending to the surgical borders.

What does this mean? Should I be concerned? I had a simple mastectomy. I am currently debating whether to do chemo or not because of a 20 oncotype and rare but favorable form of IDC (mucinous carcinoma). Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I should clarify something that I just realized which may clear this up. I recall my surgeon saying there was some cancer closer to the skin than she expected and she removed more skin than she planned on in order to test that. It came back clear. So maybe that was the fix for it being in the border?
