Have you seen this research about cancer cells evolving?

Oh my goodness, this is troubling. Essentially, for about 20% of women in this study, the genes that are targeted by AIs and Tamoxifen decrease in activity (a good thing), but increase in number (a bad thing), and therefore evolve to create their own food supply. This is why some ER+ women relapse.

I'm wondering if this was the case for me, and if I'm now doing more to hurt myself by taking AIs than really benefiting from it.
