Radiation and current breast implants

Hi everyone. I currently have saline, under muscle implants. I've had them for 10 years, but have had no problems with them. Now I'm scheduled for a lumpectomywith radiation to follow. My doctors have indicated they don't think I'll have a problem with capsular contracture, but I'm worried. Now I'm wondering if I should have a mastectomy instead. Or maybe have the implant removed until after radiation. Or maybe some other option

Does anyone have any experience or insight into this issue? I know it's just vanity, but for me it's very scary. Thank you in advance.
