Does anyone know if chemotherapy works with double negative cancer? My tumor is small and node negative but I have read that this type of tumor is more aggressive. Does this configuration alone indicate chemo need? I am already on Arimidex and my Onc left it up to me because I am 23 on Oncotype

My cancer diagnosis is close to yours. I have a Oncotype of 22. Two doctors have said no chemo as the risks outweigh the benefits for me. I am starting radiation on Monday. I don't know if this helps you or not. Wishing you the best.

Susan do you know your KI67 score? It's I think but not sure determines if you're luminal A or B.

my KI67 is 12.89. I don't understand the Luminal categories.

I have a very similar profile and I decided not to do chemo (I went for two opinions, one MO said to do it and the other said not to: for me personally the risks outweigh the benefits). You could seek a second opinion or perhaps request MammaPrint testing.
