Stiff sore Lower Legs

Hi, I wrote this topic in the before and after chemo side effects, but this may be a better area to post this.

Has anyone had stiff sore lower legs that just won't go away. 4 1/2 months post last chemo and I am like an old lady getting out of bed in the morning. My legs and knees ache when I am laying in bed. I have been getting back into working out to get limber again. I am ok if I've been walking for a bit...it goes away. But when I sit down for a bit, then get up...I can hardly get up. My lower legs feel dense, if that makes sense. Dense and dry, if that makes sense. I wasn't told to expect something like this after chemo ended. I was told I would be as healthy as before it. This worries me..I don't want to live this way. Any suggestions?
