Radiation "overflow" or IBC?

Hi everyone,

I'm my 4th (out of 5) weeks of radiation on my left breast and I've noticed thickening and swelling on my right breast, mainly in and around the nipple area. And it seems to be getting pink/red on the underside of my breast.

Could this be radiation "overflow?" I'm concerned about the possibility of inflammatory breast cancer. I already have multiple types of cancer in both breasts, and I really, really don't want to add yet another type to the mix.

Any advice, experiences, and information appreciated.
