Hi LCIS Gals!
Just throwing a new topic around. Aside from the regular screenings and your medical decisions regarding LCIS, what lifestyle changes have you made that make you feel that you're doing your best to keep BC at Bay?

Besides taking tamoxifen, here's what I've done, based on some studies I found: 1) Stopped consuming anything that contains alcohol (never was much of a drinker, had a glass of wine maybe once a month in social settings, so it wasn't a sacrifice); 2) Restricted eating and drinking anything with caloric footprint to the period between 9 am and 6 pm; 3) Stopped using dark hair color; 4) Started walking for an hour every day; 5) Took malaria pill in combination with vitamin D3 for a month; 6) Wear black sleep mask at night; 7) Expose my skin to sunlight between noon and 1 pm in the summer, without sunscreen, and take vitamin D3 drops in the winter.

I've opted for almost zero alcohol (maybe 1 unit per week), 2-3 gym sessions per week, more veg and less red meat, and turning down work (I'm self-employed) if there's quite a bit of stress involved. I am still puzzled I have to say as to why we should give up alcohol. What is the link ladies?
