    I've sent the mods a PM, but I think I'll ask the following questions again publicly.

    Mods,
    I'm sure we understand this: "No one is obligated to welcome new members or even to share advice, but it's always nice to do so if you feel inclined to support others."

    But, do you have a policy of responding to questions from new members that remain unanswered?

    And re: "implementing a whole host of new features to improve your experience."

    Can you please tell us what these new features will be?
