    I think much of her advice is very good; however, since I first heard -- decades ago -- her blanket/one-size-fits-all advice that absolutely everyone should have an inter vivos trust, I have strongly disagreed with that part of her advice.

    My attorney strongly disagreed that I needed a trust. It depends on what state you live in and your individual circumstances - married/single; one kid/more kids; real property or not; etc.
