Afinitor/Aromasin quick working

Afinitor/Aromasin has stop working based on my pet-scan. I will be put on pill chemo
after I get a MRI and check of my heart. There was fluid around my heart and in
my lungs. Has anyone else had this problem And have you had the chemo in
the pill? if so why type of side effects did you have?
