Happy with low estradiol, but very low LH/FSH?

I have been on lupron for 8 months, just got my hormone level last week to see if it is in menopause level. Estradiol came back low at 17 which I was happy about but LH/FSH was extremely low (0.4 and 1.7). I read that extremely low LH/FSH indicate ovarian failure? Am I still not considered in menopause?
