Stopping chemo after 4th treatment of AC.....what ate the risk?

Hi I just finished my 4th treatment of AC, will be starting TPH on July 10th. I have read the side effects and I am scared. I was blessed to only have the fatigue side effects from my treatments and mild bone pain from the shots. I just want to know if anyone has stopped treatment mid way.
