Reconstruction (after chemo)

Double mastectomy and DIEP flap. I finish chemo next week (amen!) and will start reconstruction in a couple months. What is first -- implants or fat grafting? Thank you :)

    congrats on finishing chemo! Just to clarify, you have or have not had your DIEP flap procedure yet? Implants usually aren't part of it unless you don't have enough tissue in your tummy and then they'd likely look at a stacked flap procedure or a hybrid using implants
