Mastectomy for IDC and now have both IDH and ALH in other breast

I had right mastectomy w/ tissue expander placement on Feb 20 for IDC stage 1A. June 9 had the implant placed and a breast lift performed on left breast. They found both ADH and ALH in tissue that was removed during the lift on the left breast. My original IDC was strongly positive for hormone receptors so I am on Tamoxifen.

I am now wondering if I should have a prophylactic mastectomy on the left breast too. Anyone else found themselves in this position

    In the fall of 2015, I had IDC and DCIS in the left breast, stage 2. I opted for a lumpectomy, chemo, and radiation. A year after the first diagnosis, ALH and LCIS were found in the right breast. I just had a BMX two,weeks ago. My MO and BS both said to watch and get scans, but I got second opinions and decided to move forward with surgery. I'm glad i did. I went to NOLA for BMX and SGAP recon.
