Bra for BMX
I know it sounds a bit silly, looking for a bra for no breasts, but hear me out!
My prophylactic mastectomy is done now, and I am not having reconstruction. I'm ready to clear out my wardrobe and work out what I can and can't wear before I hit the shops and my sewing machine.
I'm figuring I will mostly go bra less, but sometimes just having something that covers my chest if something is a bit more gapey or a bit more fitted might come in handy.
I hate shopping...so i want to know if this is a pipe dream first! Do bras for no breasts exist

I'm not sure about bras but would you be comfortable in a light tank top or camisole? I was/am very small, and I often just use a tank under some shirts. You can find them all over pretty cheap in all colors and they can be loose or stretchy.
Sports bras might work for you but many of them come up a little heigher and might not look right under a fancy blouse.

They really don't, as bras are really designed to hold breasts in place, so there's not really a point (as far as manufacturers and marketers are concerned) to making bras for people with no breasts. The best you'd find for bras marketed toward people who've had a mastectomy are surgical bras which aren't...all that pretty to look at.
The best you can find are non-shaped (i.e. no foam cups) bralettes/'lounging' bras in your band size, but they might still be baggy where the cups are depending on your body shape.
If you have a small enough frame, those 'training bras' for young girls might also work.
Sports bras will also generally fit if you get ones without molded cups; the compression style ones are designed to be flat (and flatten) so those usually work best for not having lumps or gaps, but they don't really work under something formal/fancy as the backs or straps may stick out or be obvious that it's a sports bra; that wouldn't bother me as I'm not exactly fashion forward, but others may find it an undesirable look.
Tank tops/camisoles or tube tops without molded cups can also work if you just need coverage under a shirt that has a gap when you bend over.

I was happy with Cosabella Bralette. It had no cups or "detents" & was made of a seamless viscose bamboo material. I found them at Nordstroms. Unfortunately I don't see this perfectly flat bralette in Cosabella's on-line catalog anymore.

Thanks everyone!
That is pretty much what I was expecting. I think I will just have to go to the shops, look for training bras, camisoles and crop tops that are shapeless and see what I can find that works.

I found cute bralettes at Walmart. They worked for me with or without a soft insert. They had several different styles and lots of colors. Hope they still have them, I bought mine back around Jan/Feb.

Check out AnaOno.com. The designer is a breast cancer survivor herself and all of the bras are geared towards those who have had BMX, UMX, lumpectomy, etc.

I can't find anywhere on Ana Ono about how much shipping is, which is a shame, because they have some nice products. Shame also that under the category 'flat' none of the products have images of women who are 'flat'.
I might try a bralette from somewhere, too.
