lumpectomy with R.T or mastectomy

Hi I am 47years unmarried single woman. I was diagnosed with stage 1 on Lt breast cancer .1.3cm

ER/PR (+/+) HER2 (-) There are two more small benign lumps sizing under 0.7cm.& cysts on Lt breast ,

Also ,1 lump on Rt breast size is around 0.7cm .it is benign.

Dr gave me two options. one is lumpectomy with R.T & the other is Lt breast mastectomy .

I am very confued now , I want to choose the best way.
