i am 28yrs old and unmarried. Yesterday morning just before shower I noticed a notable dimpling sort of structure just near the nipple (with little part of nipple) in my right breast. I usually keep an eye at my breasts. It wasn't there the day before. I was horrified to see it. I just massaged the breast with my hands and that was gone. I thought it might be because of my bra or sleeping position since I have big, fatty breasts. However I am still afraid. It was the third menstrual day. I read it somewhere that even hormonal changes during periods can cause breast changes. I can't see such dimpling today. But I am worried. Is this worry reasonable? Should I see a doctor ASAP? PLZZZ SUGGEST

Hi Prags, if you are mid menstrual it's very possible that the dimpling was caused by the way you were sleeping. For right now I don't think you have anything to panic about but I would keep checking just to make sure it doesn't return and if it does, then I would definitely get it checked by a doctor.
