Vaginal irritation after Tamoxifin

I have just come off Tamoxifin after 5 years,I am just 3 weeks off it I am 65 very fit but while on Tamixifin I have had a lot of trouble with my eyes, constantly watering & clouding over ,eye specialist can not find the cause, but now that I'm off Tamoxifin I have terrible vaginal burning sensation & hot flushes , seems my hormones are all over the place
