I had my biopsies on Wednesday. Last night my back started hurting pretty bad on the biopsy side. Is this normal due to the positioning on the table for 3 hours? I'm still advised it to take anything but Tylenol until tomorrow.

I would certainly think so, or just the trauma and bruising from the biopsy. Those tables are hell on your back-I thought being still on it and so uncomfortable was worse than the biopsy itself.

sorry you're having pain HockeyTownMom, have you tried calling your doc's office and asking what you can take? ice can be helpful (I know it doesn't sound pleasant, heat always sounds better to me, sort of comforting) as it can reduce swelling, which is commonly associated with pain in constricted areas. Also, gentle stretches can be helpful if you've got some tight or spasming muscles. Do confirm with your provider what to do, and I hope you're feeling better soon. Good luck for B9 results!
