Need a bra for reconstruction without implants

I scoured threads and could only find advice on bras for those with implants. I had a tissue transfer/diep flap three weeks ago that left me with horrible scars (like cat eyes on my chest) nothing like the photos I've seen for similar procedures. The incisions are intensely sensitive and the "breast" material that makes up my current cleavage can't handle the construction of some of these bras I've found recommended for post surgical support. I'm thinking the surgery these worked for were reductions or augmentation, not for what I had. Can anyone recommend any for the type of surgery I had? I don't need much for compression, and the drain scars are right at the typical bra band area. I've been wearing a BeeBand as a bra which is the only thing so far gentle enough but it's not much in way of flattering or supportive.
