Lumo feels different

hi, I've been diagnosed last week and am having surgery next Monday.

I was just in the shower and felt the lump and it now feels a little bigger, or like there's a little bit above it.

I had a core biopsy two and a half weeks ago, where they took three samples, could it be some sort of healing tissue? It's not sore. I'm a mess over this.
