Stereostactic Biopsy Results - A lot going on.......

I was here in 2015 & 2016 with questions about nipple discharge & a dimple on my breast. Long story short I had some of my ducts removed in 1/2016. The biopsy showed ductal ectasia, sclerosing adenosis, cysts, etc. I don't have a copy with me right now but my doctor said I needed a mammogram every year and an exam.

I had my mammogram & ultrasound done on 6/5/17. On the mammogram it showed pleomorphic calcifications & on ultrasound they found a 1.3 cm growth in a duct (not the same area as the calcifications). So they scheduled me for a stereotactic biopsy & an ultrasound biopsy.

I got my biopsy results & this is what it says on the calcifications:

-atypical lobular hyperplasia

-flat epithelial atypia

-usual ductal hyperplasia

-sclerosing adenosis

-apocrine metaplasia

-columnar cell change/hyperplasia

-microcysts

-calcifications in association with atypical lobular hyperplasia, sclerosing adenosis, microcysts, lobules, and stroma.

When they called they said I would need an excisional biopsy & I am waiting for them to call me for that.

The intraductal mass biopsy:

-intraductal papilloma with apocrine metaplasia and associated calcification

-usual ductal hyperplasia

-sclerosing adenosis

-columnar call change/hyperplasia

-additional calcifications in association with ducts and stroma

She didn't say anything about having the papilloma removed.

My question is: Do you think I should have this papilloma removed?

I have had on this breast:

1 5cm x 7cm fibroadenoma removed at 15/16 yrs old

1 fibroadenoma removed (fast growing) in 2005

ductal excision in 2016

core biopsy for intraductal mass

stereotactic biopsy for the calcifications

So over this boob;) I should add that all these things are on the same side of the breast except for the first fibroadenoma,

Thanks!
